Why can't
I turn my computer on?
First, make sure that the power supply is connected
correctly to the wall socket, and that the socket
is switched on. Second, disconnect the power supply cable, plug
it back in and press the power switch again.

Why does
my keyboard not work?
The keyboard port is color-coded purple. Check that the
keyboard is firmly plugged into the correct socket.

How
do I remove the graphical mouse from my touch screen
(PS1500 only)?
By default, a graphical mouse appears on the screen allowing
you to alter the behavior of the touch screen. If this
is not needed, select the OneTouch 2K control icon that
is located on your tool bar in the bottom right-hand corner.
Clicking this shows a screen with an option "Right
Button One Time" checked. Remove the check and the
on-screen mouse is removed.

How do
I use the ‘right click’ facility with a touch
screen?
On the PSynergy 1700 units, simply touch and hold
your finger on the screen for 2 seconds. The computer will
interpret that as a right click.
On the PS1500, press the graphical on-screen mouse. The
right mouse button is highlighted blue - when you next
touch the screen it will be interpreted as a right click.
