John Jensen, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer
Mr. Jensen is an experienced executive with more than
35 years of management and investment banking/advisory
expertise. His 32 year career at Merrill Lynch included
10 years as an equity research analyst covering consumer
products companies and 22 years in various management positions
in Global Equity Capital Markets. His capital markets
experience incorporated thirteen years in London overseeing
and managing large privatizations for non-U.S. corporations. As
Vice Chairman of Global Equity Capital Markets at Merrill
Lynch, Mr. Jensen raised more than $100 billion
of equity in more than 30 countries and was responsible
for leading Merrill Lynch’s equity capital market
efforts in Europe and internationally. He retired
from Merrill Lynch in December 2001 and founded Pelham
Sloane in 2002. He has led the company since that
time and he relocated to the U.S. in 2005. Mr. Jensen
graduated with Honors from the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill and attended New York University, Stern
School of Business.

Ian Davison, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Davison is a seasoned high-technology
entrepreneur responsible for several successful startups. He
founded Digital Home Corporation in 1997 which was an early
innovator in the emerging field of home networking. In
1998, Davison founded Zvia Corporation to enable online
registration for youth sports. Zvia was sold to Myteam.com
in 2000 and Davison led the resulting Soccer Division until
he left to join Affinity Partners as the lead technology
partner and to develop Affinity’s Boston presence. Prior
to 1997, he founded Xedia Corporation, which designed,
manufactured and distributed high-performance network switch
products focused on bandwidth-intensive applications
and was sold to Lucent in 1997. Davison also founded
Octocom, which grew to become a world leader in remote
network access and communications management technology
and merged with Telebit Corporation in 1992. Mr.
Davison has a First Class Honors Degree in Electronics
Engineering from the University of Nottingham, England. He
currently is a Board member of the Massachusetts Network
Communications Council and also Chairs its International
Trade Committee.

Robert Bruder, Executive Vice President
Mr Bruder is recognized for his talents in managing new
business initiatives, structuring account team management
and creating innovative sales and marketing programs over
25 years in sales management. Prior to joining Pelham Sloane
in 2003, he spent 10 years at Bloomberg LP in New York
City where he was originally charged with launching
and directing the media sales side of Bloomberg’s
business to monetize and brand Bloomberg’s news and
financial content. His team was responsible for creating
value added programs to leverage Bloomberg’s partnerships
with key customers He currently oversees new business
development for Pelham Sloane. Mr. Bruder is a graduate
of Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont.

Gerry Pearce, Senior Vice President Sales and
Marketing
Mr. Pearce brings 15 years of domestic and international
management experience to Pelham Sloane. From 2000 – 2006,
Mr. Pearce served in a variety on management roles with
Net2Phone, most recently as the Vice President of Strategic
Alliances and Managing Director of Net2Phone Europe BV,
based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Mr. Pearce
and his team delivered comprehensive outsourced IP telephony
solutions to cable operators, ISP’s and Telecom providers
throughout Europe. Prior to Net2Phone Mr. Pearce
spent 9 years with Entex Information Services, a VAR and
IT Systems Integrator based in Boston, Massachusetts and
Rye Brook, New York. Mr.
Pearce is a graduate of Middlebury College in Middlebury,
Vermont.
